解決 windows update 無法更新 (錯誤 0x8024D001)

執行 services.msc，嘗試啓動 Background Intelligent Transfer Service (bits)
若 Background Intelligent Transfer Service (bits) 不見了

執行以下指令
regsvr32 qmgr.dll /s
regsvr32 qmgrprxy.dll /s
sc sdset bits D:(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;SY)(A;;CCDCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRSDRCWDWO;;;BA)(A;;CCLCSWLOCRRC;;;AU)(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;PU)
regsvr32 wuaueng.dll /s
