AIR WAYBILL 種類

AIRLINE AIR WAYBILL
由國際航空運輸業者由其自己所印製或其代理商所簽發之航空公司提單，俗稱主提單（MASTER AIR WAYBILL或 DIRECT AIR WAYBILL）

• MAWB - a contract of carriage between the airline and the shipper/consignee in the MAWB, usually the airfreight agent
• DAWB - a contract of carriage between the airline and the shipper/consignee in the MAWB, usually the exporter/importer

HOUSE AIR WAYBILL
由航空貨運承攬業印製簽發之分提單，或稱子提單（SUB AIR WAYBILL）

• HAWB - a contract of carriage between the airfreight agent/forwarder and the shipper/consignee in the HAWB. If any goods are lost or damaged under a HAWB, the issuing party (the freight forwarder) is liable towards the shipper/consignee in the HAWB

• Freight Prepaid - charges payable at origin (usually by the shipper)
• Freight Collect - charges payable at destination (usually by the consignee)
